Michael Phelps took home his girlfriend, Las Vegas cocktail waitress Caroline Pal, aka Paz, to spend Thanksgiving in Baltimore with him and his family.She looks like a keeper!The 23-year-old Olympic champ and Pal, 26, have been dating for two months.
